Peace. Purpose and Joy

   Lately I've seen a good amount of women in my facebook groups asking for ways to deal with stress, depression or health situations. And there are ALL kinds of different solutions given...some probably can't hurt and may help for a time...but if your relationship with Jesus isn't the first thing....the rest of the things just won't cut it.
    The only thing that qualifies me to make that statement is I know from experience.
    I have no peace until I ask Him to be my peace. I have no purpose apart from Jesus. I have no joy until He instills it deep within my soul.
    All this other stuff, while not bad (especially chocolate! 🤣), will let you down, but Jesus promised that He NEVER will. And He can not lie.
